When you call us or send the estimate form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, property address, email, the service you need and any message you include. We don't sell your information.
How we use it
We use it to answer your request, schedule and complete the service, and follow up about that service. We may pass your request to the technician who does the work so they can contact you. We keep records only as long as those purposes need them.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by calling or emailing info@fountainmedics.com. If you don't want follow-up calls, tell us and we'll stop.
