What happens next
After you send the form, we call to ask a few quick questions and set up a visit. A photo or short video of the fountain or pond helps, along with roughly when the problem started. At the visit we find the cause and give you a written estimate before any work starts. If you approve it and the part is on the truck, the repair can happen right then. If not, we set a time that works for you.
Hours and service area
